Variety Show

Yes, Gracie has been sick again. We finished up an antibiotic on Sunday, had a doctor's appointment on Tuesday for a follow up and day care called Tuesday at 11:30 to tell me that Gracie had a fever of 101.6. So we went to the doctor only to find out that Gracie's ears are still infected and the only option left was the 3 day shot. I really hated to do that to her again but we had no other choice. So we had shot 2 today and she seemed to be feeling better but this evening her fever shot up to 103.4. Hopefully it will be gone tomorrow!!!!!! Any way, this is one of the reasons we haven't had any recent pictures and the other reason is my batteries are dead in my camera and I keep forgetting to pick some up. However, tonight I managed to squeeze a few pictures out before they completely died again.




Gracie's first time walking by herself in the yard...it was quite comical because our yard is anything but level. She did a really good job and you can tell by her facial expression that she was concentrating really hard.


Here Gracie is drinking out of her bunny cup with a straw. On Friday evening Gracie decided she could drink out of a straw if what she got in return was mommy's milk shake. She has been drinking from straws ever since. So as a reward, I got her this little cup and today was the first time she used it. She loved it!


Last picture...this is one of Gracie and Winnie looking for their daddy. Kev had something to do after work tonight and he had called to say he was on his way. When I told the "kids" Gracie walked over to the gate and started yelling daddy. Well, Winnie then ran over to the gate to see if it was true, was daddy really home? Not yet but they stood there for a couple of minutes just to make sure.
